Responsibilities of the role will include:
Customer Service:

Learning in detail from our team about our products so you can provide helpful support and advice to our e-commerce customers

Provide advice and support to customers who wish to exchange or return their purchases.

Accurately inputting stock into our electronic and physical systems

Managing and processing returns & exchanges in a timely manner

Ensure any data entered into our system regarding orders, returns and exchanges is accurate

Highly organised, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

A positive attitude and the ability to cooperate and work well with others

Demonstrates initiative, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
