Responsibilities of the role will include:

Customer Service:

• Learning in detail from our team about our products so you can provide helpful support and advice to our e-commerce customers

• Deliver superior customer service to e-commerce customers who are looking for further information about our products, or their orders - via phone, email and chat.

• Provide advice and support to customers who wish to exchange or return their purchases.

• Proactively contacting customers and resolving issues where there are potential problems with orders.

Operations:

• Accurately inputting stock into our electronic and physical systems

• Manage and liaise with couriers where required, including booking couriers for domestic and international shipments, and - -arranging related administration with regards to exporting, duty, taxes etc

• Managing and processing returns & exchanges in a timely manner

• Ensure any data entered into our system regarding orders, returns and exchanges is accurate

Skills and Experience:

• Highly organised, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A positive attitude and the ability to cooperate and work well with others

• Demonstrates initiative, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• Flexibility in a working environment

• Able to lift and carry small boxes
